Welcome to the 2010 Cycling Season. Below is a summary of Team Speed Queen's 2010 Mission, Coaching, and Bike Fit Programs.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Our goal is to service Team Speed Queen’s clients by providing individualized daily, monthly and yearly overviews and balancing the athlete’s goals with their “real life” commitments. We provide knowledge in training, racing, tactics, nutrition, fit, power, hydration, stretching, and visualization based on our experience and training within the sports of bike racing and triathlon competition. We aim to be accessible, supportive and instructive as needed, within the construct of Team Speed Queen’s availability noted below and as discussed and outlined with each client. Our goal is to be an asset in your training tool arsenal, assisting you in meeting your cycling goals and dreams in the year ahead.
OUTLINE FOR THE DESIGN OF 2010 SCHEDULES:
We will do schedules one to three months ahead. Please take the time to be sure of your schedule. We require your race schedule with dates, priority (and ideally a website), life schedule and key events on the 15th of the month prior to when you need your schedule. Example: for November’s schedule, we need information by October 15th. If you require a substantial change in schedule, we will discuss the time it takes and access a reasonable fee. If you need to miss some time due to sickness or injury, rescheduling is included in your monthly fee.
FEE SCHEDULE:
Program A:
$250 for the first month, $200 each additional month. 3 Month minimum. Payments due on the first of each month. Late fees of 10% will apply if payment arrives after the fifth of the month. You are more then welcome to use PayPal but please include an additional $10 for PayPal’s fees in your payment.

2 calls per race week
Emails as needed, answered during the hours below or other available time

Daily program
We will accept phone calls By Appointment on the following days. This is done to make sure each client is allotted the time necessary. Should you miss your appointment, you will need to reschedule. If you need additional phone time in order to reschedule a missed workout, or due to a change in health or plans you can text or leave us a voice mail. We will return your call via text or email within 24 hours.
Monday: 9 am – 12 pm
Tuesday: 8 am – 11 am
Thursday: 5 pm – 8 pm
Program B
Consultation on an as needed basis. This is an option for athletes preparing for specific events, or are interested in tactical help for events. This should not be considered a substitute for a coaching program. Fee is $80/hour – cell phone minutes to be used as basis for fees. Payment to follow time of service.
COMPLETE BIKE FIT
Your bike should accommodate your body, it should accommodate your interests and style as a rider/racer, it should accommodate any special needs and wants you might have. Your equipment should never "Work Against You" or "Make You Work Harder" . This is our belief and how we approach fitting which leaves nothing to chance or compromise. A Complete Bike Fit is one of the most important investments in your sport that you can make so don't over look it.
A Complete Bike Fit for one bike by Rob Dillon and Giana Roberge is $150, additional bikes are $75. This fitting includes bike position evaluation and fit; cleat, pedal and shoe fit; a discussion of training specificity; stretching suggestions; and other related equipment expertise. We are mobile so ask us as we Can Come To You.
