Greetings From Giana
We recently completed the second half of our series of Indoor Trainer sessions at Echelon Multi-Sport, where we had an unbelievable response and participation from the local cycling community. We want to thank Mariko and Kevin for hosting this 12 week series, everything you did for the group was great.
We also want to thank everyone who came out to participate in the sessions. We hope you had a productive series and were able to take away improved fitness as well as techniques and drills to help you continue to improve.
We love to hear back from our clients about their reactions and results from our camps, clinics and retreats. The following was one of the testimonials we received from the series participants that we wanted to share with everyone. We hope everyone who have not sent us their feedback also had a great series. Thanks to everyone who participated.

Hi Giana,
Just wanted to thank you for what is by far, the BEST, trainer class series I've participated in.
Some of the things that make your series stand out above others is you relate everything back to what we do on the road and/or in a race. You explain the logic behind the particular drill, you review and prompt on proper techniques to execute the drill and you're looking around the room and giving real time feedback and correction. Even during warm up and cool down you are helping break up the monotony by showing pictures and talking about position and technique.
I regret that I wasn't able to take advantage of the full 12 weeks but am thrilled to have been there for the last six anyways... and having the slidesets to refer back to. WOW.
I am a late athlete....didn't start riding a bicycle until I was 50 years old. I am QUEEN of being able to hold on a steady pace w/ consistent road conditions - I can go forever at a moderate pace. But what fun is that?? I STRUGGLE during surges and when dealing with changing road terrain. My acceleration power is not good either. So, from you, I now have some training exercises to use to help work on these weaknesses. I'm very excited about that. Very!!
I wish you success with your coaching 2012 this year!
Thanks again for everything!! You've been awesome. Honored to have had the chance to learn from you!!
Terri
